Marine Electrician / Electronics Installer

Job Location: LA & OC, CA, United States

Job Description:

We do a lot of partial rewires on vessels from 17-60 feet in length involving redesigning their DC electrical systems. Upgrading the battery systems, and isolating the house from engine circuits. Installation of inverter / chargers interfaced into the existing AC electrical panels.
Electronic installations including chart plotters, radars, sounders, autopilots, and audio video systems. Electronics experience with current major brand networking systems is a plus.

Job Requirements:

Prefer MEI or ABYC electrically certified technicians capable of installing, and trouble shooting on-board electronic systems.
Must have a good understanding of AC/DC electrical systems.
