Mackay CommunicationsInventory Control, HoustonJob Description: Accurately handle any material needs, solve material problems, and resolve inventory control issues as they arise. Update computer generated inventories and documents. Maintain stockroom records, order inventory, price work orders, expedite purchasing process, and act as backup to the shipping and receiving clerk. Initiate applicable correspondence associated with work orders, purchases, and stockroom records. These functions are broken down as follows: Job Requirements: High school diploma, AA degree in business a plus 1. Good inventory control skills 2. Excellent oral and written communications skills 3. Detail oriented 4. Advanced PC literacy including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office and other database management software. Solomon experience a plus 5. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with customers. 6. Must be able to work independently with little to moderate supervision. 7.
